What is the meaning of Tianchong
TianChong:”Tian”,the Heaven. Chong, the state of Qi is rushing out. The name of “Tianchong” means that the Qi of Gallbladder Meridian due to absorbing heat expands and rushes out to all parts of the heaven. The substance of this acupoint is the water-qi from GB 8(Shuaigu) point. After reaching this acupoint, the water-qi rushes out to the heaven,hence the name.

GB 9 Acupuncture Point Therapy
- Use the index fingers of both hands to press GB 9(Tianchong) point for 3 to 5 minutes, once a day in the morning and evening,which can treat swelling and pain of gum.
