These acupressure points are located on both sides of the lower back. It is between the rib cage and hip bone. You can easily locate the B23 spot where the inner bladder line joins the middle of the waist. This is the place where you want to apply gentle but firm pressure. - Below Collar Bone

Use the opposite hand to apply firm pressure for a minute. Take slow breaths while applying pressure on this point for relieving your back pain. You should apply the pressure on this point 2 to 3 times a day for a week.
